The limited warranty only covers the original purchaser of the warranted products. When you transfer or gift the products to other people, the warranty does not transfer to cover any subsequent owners, transferees, or beneficiaries.
2. What's Covered?
We offer a 1-year warranty (2 years for European Countries) on most products with batteries, including wearable pumps, massagers, monitors, and warmers. This warranty covers normal wear and tear associated with proper use as outlined in our manuals.
Please note: the warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Misuse, abuse, rough handling, or negligence.
- Unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.
- Liquid damage, including water or milk entering the motor.
- Damage to accessories (only motor parts are covered).
3. How Long is the Warranty?
The duration depends on your location:
- 1 year: This applies to all countries except European Countries.
- 2 years: This applies to European Countries.

3. Refunds & Exchanges Explained: Here's the breakdown:
- Refunds: You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your product. However, after 30 days, refunds are no longer available.
- Exchanges: If your product has a quality issue we verify, you can request an exchange within 60 days of receiving it.
- Warranty: For manufacturing faults, you have a 1-year warranty (except in European Countries, where it's 2 years). This starts from the date you placed your order, not the replacement date.
4. What's Covered, What's Not: Our warranty covers manufacturing defects, not normal wear and tear, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
