I bought this for my wife for her hip and back pain. She had hot flashes and couldnt sleep for months. This literally saved her life and our marriage. She takes it when we go to inlaws for holidays or hotels. If you are having hot flashes or just in pain MAN OR WOMAN. GET THIS! My dad is 85 years old and is in debilitating pain and now he wants one after he seen it on Christmas. You can't do wrong getting this for anyone.
