How do I connect M5 Smart to the app?

Turn on your M5 Smart.
Open the Momcozy App and make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Tap Add Device, select M5 Smart, or scan the QR code on the pump.
Once connected, you’ll see the control page.

Can I control both pumps at the same time?

Yes. The app supports dual control, so you can adjust both pumps together with one tap.
You can also switch between left / right pump control and set different modes or suction levels for each side.


Can I connect M5 Smart to multiple phones?

For the best experience, connect to one phone at a time.
If you want to switch phones, disconnect from the current device first and pair again on the new phone.


Can I use M5 Smart without the app?

Yes. The Momcozy App is optional—M5 Smart can also be used directly with the pump controls.



What can I control in the app?

Once connected, you can start/stop pumping, switch modes, adjust suction levels, and check key pump status (such as battery level) right from the Momcozy App.

    Get it! Get it!

    In love with it so far and i’ve only been using it for 2 days. I was using the spectra and i love it but the Momcozy M5 is more convenient when i can just pump and work around the house. I sometimes forget i’m pumping tbh. Love this pump so much and hoping not to have troubles with the motor hopefully.

    Die Momcozy Milchpumpe hat mir nun seit 10 Monaten ermöglicht mein Baby mit Muttermilch zu ernähren. Die Handhabung ist einfach , die Teile sind easy zu reinigen und es ist toll trotz Pumpen mobil zu sein. Der Kundenservice ist einmalig toll und hat sofort schnellen Ersatz geliefert ! Ich bin begeistert ! Danke das es euch gibt !!

    Absolutely loving this pump so far, not as quiet as I would have hoped but it does give me great milk output. Love the app and how you can control it through the app.

    Top Produkte und top Service ☺️

    Wir haben mehrere Produkte von momcozy, unter anderem 2x die Babytrage, die „Spülmaschine“ und die Milchpumpe M5. Leider ließ sich eine Pumpe nach 6 Monaten Nutzung nicht mehr einschalten. Daraufhin trat ich mit dem Kundenservice in Kontakt, hierbei wurden mir innerhalb weniger Stunden zwei Lösungsvorschläge (Rückerstattung der Kaufsumme oder neue Pumpen) vorgeschlagen. Ich entschied mich erneut für die Pumpen, da ich damit sehr zufrieden bin. Die Pumpen wurden innerhalb eines Tages zugestellt.
