I truly wish I had known about this the first time I breastfed. I always felt like my pump never fit quite right, but I now realize my flanges were slightly too large and likely impacted my comfort and pumping experience.I highly recommend purchasing this sizer and measuring toward the end of pregnancy, since sizing can change throughout pregnancy and postpartum. Everyone told me not to get portable pumps and that corded wall plug pumps with dual motors work better and are more reliable well I find these work so much better than my spectra. I produce double the amount of breast milk with these portables and they are so much more comfortable to use. I do wish the battery lasted a bit longer for more uses during the day but otherwise I have no complaints, I still get about 3 or 4 pumps without charging these.
