What is an ultra light breast pump?

An ultra light breast pump in this range still uses in-bra collection cups; the motor is a separate unit you carry, so the cups stay light on the chest. V2 Pro’s motor is 127 g — built for UK mums who want a hands-free, hospital-strength format without a heavy pump head in a pocket or clip.

How light is the V2 Pro compared with V1 Pro?

V2 Pro is the lighter unit: 127 g motor versus 240 g on V1 Pro. Suction goes up to −288 mmHg with nine levels. V1 Pro keeps 15 levels and up to −300 mmHg. Choose V2 Pro when carry weight is the job; choose V1 Pro when you want more levels at home.

Is V2 Pro a wearable breast pump?

Yes — in the UK sense. The cups sit in your bra. The motor sits outside, with tubing. It is not an all-in-one, tube-free wearable like M5 Smart. If you are still choosing a breast pump in the UK, start with format: motor in the cup, or motor off the chest.

Is V2 Pro a hands-free breast pump?

Yes. Hands-free means you are not holding the flanges. V2 Pro does that with in-bra cups. Hands-free is not the same as tube-free. You still have a short tube to the motor — that is the point of keeping the motor off your chest.

How do I use V2 Pro?

  1. Assemble each cup: flange, collector and valve. Keep the motor dry.
  2. Seat the cups in a pumping bra. Centre the nipple in the tunnel with the right insert.
  3. Clip or pocket the 127 g motor and connect the tubes. Pick a mode and a level that feels comfortable — not the highest.
  4. When you finish, switch off, disconnect, then pour. About eight sessions a charge is typical.

What flange size do I need?

Measure nipple diameter, not bra cup. V2 Pro includes a 24 mm DoubleFit flange and 17/19/21 mm inserts. Pain, a white ring, or too much areola being pulled in means resize before you turn suction up.

How do I clean and sterilise V2 Pro?

Wipe the motor dry only — never soak it. Wash the three milk-contact parts per cup (flange, collector, valve) in warm soapy water, then sterilise with steam or a cold-water method. Air-dry fully before you assemble.

    This pump empties me as much as a wall pump would, it is quiet and easy to take apart and unlike most wearables, it isn’t super noticeable on your chest. I have a toddler and a newborn and so having a wearable was a MUST have, and it does amazing. It’s easy to move in and I have no worries about spilling, even if I bend over! Definitely recommend for a wearable

    A must have!

    My first mom cozy pump and it does amazing while baby is feeding on one side and I’ll pump the other. I’ve never got so much milk from one side.

    Lightweight and not noisy. Most importantly discrete and to have the flexibility to move around especially if you have more littles to care for. Another great thing is that the parts are easy to wash and sterilize. With bottles and pacifiers to wash daily this pump has few parts to wash yet does a really good job.

    Best pump, best company!

    After my second son I was unable to feed which broke my heart! I dug out my old S5's original ones from my first born and a manual but I soon invested in these! I didn't look for any other pump from any other brands - no need too, my old ones were fab (i just wanted the more modern tech). I got these instead of the wireless ones as i do find motors on breast pumps heavy. These are lightweight and comfy. Settings are perfect you can find just what you need or go lazy like me and do whatever is pre set! I haven't had 1 leak in the 5 months or so i have been using them. I have had an issue twice with the motor not working right BUT all is forgiven, the momcozy team are compassionate and quick to sort - they clearly understand these pumps are literally a life line to your baby! I cant praise them enough and their pumps! I buy off mom cozy directly because they have good deals too! The actual pump is small and easily fits in my pocket or clips to my bra! I have pumped literally everywhere in these including on a plane, on a hike, in shops, cafes, when gardening, when cleaning, like literally where haven't i been with these! 100% recommend! I have the momcozy storage cooler - for a mom who only gives her son fridge temp milk this too makes life easy! Thank you mom cozy - i will be back buying for my third baby if we have one x
